We use a traditional, air‑drying process:

• Slow dehydration removes moisture, preventing microbial spoilage.

• Retains aroma, texture, and taste—just like fresh.
   

3. How do I cook it?

1. Boil water to the amount mentioned on the pack.

2. Empty the content into the boiling water.

3. Cook a few minutes—voilà, you have a steaming bowl of curry!
    

4. What flavours or varieties are available?
